Scheduled for completion in early fall of 2023, the Islington (Izzy) multi-family housing project is taking on its final form. Construction is being led by New Star General Contractors, with ajc providing construction administration services for the three-level project located on both sides of 2100 South, between 500 and 600 East.

During the design phase the ajc team worked closely with developer High Boy Ventures to bring market rate studio apartments and full-sized town houses to the popular Sugar House neighborhood of Salt Lake City.
