Progress Update: Farmington Regional Center Is Taking Shape
The steel framework is rising! The new Farmington Regional Center is making significant strides, with the structural framework now defining the spaces that will soon serve Davis County.
Set between the Great Salt Lake and the Wasatch Mountains, this facility will unite DMV, Driver License Division, DHHS, and DWS under one roof. This streamlines services and creates a true civic hub for Davis County. What started as a vision is now taking physical form, with steel framing showcasing the building’s modern lines, a foundation laid for the welcoming public plaza, and a building positioned to capture panoramic views of the Wasatch Range.
The design honors our region’s natural beauty with locally inspired materials, while prioritizing efficiency and sustainability. Soon, the outdoor plaza will become a gathering space for the community, complete with public art that celebrates our connection to this special place.
Stay tuned as we move from steel to envelope to finish. This is more than a building; it’s where efficiency meets the community.
