The Skyroom Restaurant in the Taggart Student Center has been completely reimagined, bringing an elevated, full-service dining experience to students, faculty, staff, and the broader community.

Featuring an elegant sit-down dining room, an open presentation kitchen, a prominently showcased salad bar, and an innovative menu, the new Skyroom seamlessly blends thoughtful design with culinary excellence.

ajc’s design team partnered closely with Utah State University and DAW Construction Group to create a space that is as inspiring as it is inviting—highlighted by breathtaking views of the Bear River Mountains to the east and the Wellsville Mountains to the southwest.

The Skyroom has been transformed into a true destination for dining, gathering, and taking in the scenery.
