In late February, Brickside Heights will officially open to tenants in the heart of Millcreek, Utah bringing luxury multi-family living to the Salt Lake Valley.

In our fourth collaboration with PEG Companies, ajc architects is proud to help shape this 7-level landmark addition to Millcreek City’s urban core. Brickside Heights offers a diverse mix of studio, one, two, and three-bedroom units, along with thoughtfully designed one and three-bedroom townhomes.

Residents will enjoy elevated amenities including a terrace with oversized hot tub and lounge seating, outdoor grilling, dog walk, a two-story lobby, club room, fitness center, bike storage, ground-level retail, and 2-levels of above grade structured parking—all designed to support connection, comfort, and city living.
