Open Sky, located just outside of Zion National Park, represents the “pinnacle of outdoor luxury in a serene, air-conditioned, safari style tent setting.” ajc is honored to have taken on a role in the planning and layout of the site which features 13 luxury tents and the Black Sage restaurant.

The recently completed Widewaters Dewitt contains a 149-unit mix of studio, one, and two-bedroom apartments in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah. The building consists of 6 levels of living units over a lobby and commons space, an automated parking garage, yoga and fitness space, and a basement level for tenant storage.

Salt Lake Community College and the University of Utah’s Juniper Academic Building bring higher education opportunities to the southwest part of the Salt Lake Valley. The building’s design has yielded a highly sustainable facility which recently received LEED Gold certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. LEED Gold certification indicates that
