We’re excited to share a glimpse of the new USU Education and Community Center in Oljato, Monument Valley—a space where architecture meets culture, learning, and community.
Designed to honor the natural beauty of place, cultural traditions, and spiritual beliefs of the Navajo Nation, this center is more than a building—it’s a place of opportunity.
Opening this December, the center will feature: contemporary classrooms and a computer lab; a nursing and CNA lab; career and technical education spaces, including welding; a small business development hub; adult education and USU Extension services, and gathering spaces for community events.
This project has been a labor of collaboration, vision, and respect—and we can’t wait to see the opportunities it will create for students, families, and the wider community.
