ajc’s Code and Specifications Specialist Michael Travis gives a BIG shout out to Mountain West Window and Doors and Marvin for inviting him to tour the Marvin wood window production plant in Warroad, Minnesota. Michael had a great time discovering how these high quality windows are crafted, as well as learning about the legacy that Marvin is creating by giving back to their employees, the community, and those in need through well-coordinated and strategic volunteer efforts.

Michael was also impressed that the hotel had a small hockey center. Being from Upstate New York, he is no stranger to hockey, he just had to convince everyone to play. After all, Warroad is referred to as “Hockeytown USA,” a town that has produced 7 Olympians, 5 NHL players, and over 80 Division I hockey players.
