
Currently under construction, Utah State University’s re-imagined Skyroom restaurant in the Taggart Student Center has been designed to provide an upscale dining experience for students, faculty, staff, and the general public with a complete renovation and make-over that is slated for completion in the summer of 2025.
The restaurant is envisioned as a sit-down, full-service interior and exterior dining experience with an open presentation kitchen, prominently featured soup and salad bar, and an innovative menu that focuses on fresh food grown primarily in Cache County.
ajc’s design team and daw Construction Group have been working in close collaboration with numerous USU stakeholders to create a unique and elevated dining experience with stunning views of the Bear River Mountains to the east.
