designing spaces that improve mental health and well-being
After conducting a study for the State of Utah Department of Corrections, ajc’s design team was awarded the opportunity to design support spaces for the relocation of a Treatment Resource Center (TRC) and remodel of the existing BCI Building. The recent remodel now supports clients at the Taylorsville, UT location.
The mission of the TRC’s is to provide treatment and resources that support the long-term success of individuals under the supervision of Adult Probation and Parole. These centers create an environment conducive to personal growth by offering evidence-based programs tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
ajc is proud to be involved in creating safe, healthy spaces that contribute to the long-term well-being of clients in this invaluable state run program.
