The recently completed Widewaters Dewitt contains a 149-unit mix of studio, one, and two-bedroom apartments in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah.

The building consists of 6 levels of living units over a lobby and commons space, an automated parking garage, yoga and fitness space, and a basement level for tenant storage. A roof-level amenity deck connects to an interior club room on level 7.

The Dewitt represents a successful collaboration between Widewaters Group, ajc architects, and talented team of consultants. Kier Construction provided their expertise in building this project.
