Nearly topped out at level 10, the 11-story Brix multi-family apartment building will accommodate145 market rate units with 4-levels of parking, 2nd level amenity room and leasing office, 3rd level amenity deck, a ground-level lobby, and a public gym. All penthouse apartments will have exterior terraces with downtown, mountain, and valley views.

Due for completion in the Spring of 2025, this unique urban tower living experience is a collaboration between High Boy Ventures (developer), ajc, a talented team of consultants, and Okland Construction.
