ajc architects and Woods + Dangaran, based in Los Angeles, are currently working in close collaboration with developer Hidden Rock Development Group to fulfill Moccasin Flats unique project vision in southern Utah.

Moccasin Flats redefines the modern residential desert living experience with a curated level of high-end design elements and spaces. Located on 44 acres in Washington County, Utah, each of the three homes within the development sits on a private 14-acre lot.

Floor plans, which range from 8,300 to 8,700 square feet, include five bedrooms and a broad range of amenities. The first residence is slated for completion in 2025.
