American Research Bureau gets a facelift
American Research Bureau has been connecting heirs with their inheritances since 1935. Their research, knowledge of estate law and proven investigative techniques have made them a trusted leader in international probate research.
When American Research Bureau was ready to improve their 4,500 SF office in Salt Lake City, they called upon ajc to provide a bright and modern design aesthetic which included space planning, full design, permitting coordination, construction administration and project close-out services. ajc was also responsible for managing and coordinating a multi-disciplinary design team which improved mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems throughout the building. The end result includes a warm interior color palette, offset with bright primary colors that feature improved mechanical, electrical and technology systems throughout the space. The re-imagined interior features an open office plan, commons areas, conference and presentation spaces, touchdown areas, private offices, break room space and restrooms.
