The ajc Team was approached by our client to perform a study for a new film studio on approximately 50 acres within the western region. The anticipated program of buildings includes a single 10,000 GSF soundstage; six 15,000 GSF soundstages; six 35,000 GSF soundstages; one 60,000 GSF soundstage, and a single 60,000 GSF workshop for a grand total of 430,000 GSF.

Architectural  conceptual design services included data collection, conceptual site and building floor plans, a conceptual site Master Plan, 3D conceptual renderings, and a Rough Order of Magnituede (ROM) cost estimate.
