This study identified programmatic needs, developed conceptual design options, and established a estimated Construction Cost Model for the University of Utah Bonderman Field Station Classroom Building. The Bonderman Field Station is located on a remote site in pristine wilderness conditions along the Dolores River in east central Utah.
The study evaluated the operational needs of current and future programs, existing site conditions and utility infrastructure, sustainable design priorities, and project delivery/constructibility approaches specific to the unique challenges of this high desert site.
