The State of Utah (DFCM), in conjunction with Salt Lake Community College, selected ajc architects to program and design this flagship academic building on SLCC’s new Herriman Campus in the southwest portion of Salt Lake County. The University of Utah is an enthusiastic partner in the vision to create a higher education hub in Herriman that will meet the needs of the rapidly growing population in the area.

The Herriman campus consists of 90 acres of undeveloped land. The new 90,000 SF building will be the first building on the new campus. Funding has been provided by SLCC, University of Utah, private donors, and other stakeholders to house Academic and Career/Technical programs to meet future employment demands throughout the region.
