Kristi Lee, AIA, NCARB

Architect | Project Manager

Kristi  had an affinity with the creative process from an early age. Raised by parents who were artists, she loves to work with her hands and is always painting, building sculptures and creating multimedia art. The bulk of her inspiration comes from both nature and social interactions among people. She has a deep curiosity and a fascination of the beauty and complexity of the outdoors, in addition to the built environment. She has made it her life’s goal to ‘give back’ by creating beauty, healthy environments and to help build community. In working with Kristi, one immediately senses that she strives to create an enjoyable collaborative experience, from design through construction. Kristi’s approach goes beyond fulfilling a clients design vision, she is intent on creating meaningful relationships.

Kristi is invested in creating quality and meaningful work through attention to detail with an emphasis on sustainable practice. She holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Utah and is a licensed architect with a background in diverse project types. Kristi is well-versed in both, design and construction. Her body of experience includes hospitality, professional offices, residential, retail and educational environments. Kristi values a streamlined project process with efficiency in communication, schedule and budget. She is an excellent problem solver and project manager, and is always looking for strategies to enhance workflow efficiencies.

Using her unique ability to understand the emotional quality of built environments, Kristi wants nothing more than to develop projects through the lenses of others.  Kristi understands how important it is to feel content inhabiting a space while being sensitive to others at all scales, from an individual to community level.
