National Park Service
With a focus on attracting and maintaining high-quality staff to work at Grand Teton National Park, the National Park Service (NPS) expanded the capacity of an existing housing area through the addition of seven 8,208 SF medium-density four-plex buildings. The Moose Housing is located near the southernmost entrance to the Park. This general area is also home to the Park’s Headquarters, Maintenance Facility, Visitor Center, as well as a historic neighborhood and the Snake River Boat Launch areas. The new development currently provides 28 two-bedroom homes for employees and their families. Notably, the project has received LEED Platinum level certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
