Dijana Alickovic,  AIA

ajc architects is pleased to recognize Dijana Alickovic, AIA as an Associate. Dijana’s approach to design emanates from her deep commitment to community. She was an AmeriCorps VISTA volunteer with the Salt Lake City International Rescue Committee and has volunteered with Habitat for Humanity and NeighborWorks Salt Lake. Dijana also serves on the Board of
Directors for Epicenter, a non-profit organization located in Green River, Utah that provides rural development and cultural exploration of the high deserts of southeastern Utah. Dijana’s connection to regional communities is a key element which merges people, place and design.

Dijana’s involvement on several high profile design projects has made a significant impact on the community. These projects include the design of three new Homeless Resource Centers within the Salt Lake Valley, Salt Lake County’s Wheeler Farm Outdoor Education Center, SaltLake Community College’s (SLCC) Westpointe Workforce Training and Education Center,
SLCC’s Jordan Campus Student Center, the Juniper Academic Building on SLCC’s Herriman Campus, and a internationally branded hotel property in Ketchum, Idaho.

Dijana brings an unprecedented level of dedication to her projects, consistently going aboveand beyond on every element of a project she undertakes. Her sense of commitment to the client, as well as the team, are defining attributes which underscore ajc’s mission of upholding the highest standards in design and client care.
