GreenLeaf hotel is a prototype design that exceed hospitality common practice by implementing smaller units, significantly increasing conventional energy efficiencies, and incorporating multi-generational values through program, aesthetics and form. This integrated design approach provides an environment that is social and flexible that adapts to the individual’s recreational and business needs. The resulting form is represented by addressing correct solar orientation on the site and the need to activate the street by use of warm, environmentally friendly materials and visual transparent public spaces. The end result is both an activity engaging social space and consciously sustainable built environment.

The GreenLeaf project includes the following elements: 80 – 120 guest rooms in a 3 – 5 level configuration, a rooftop terrace, front desk concierge area, recreation Room and meeting rooms, gaming space guest lounge,
Interior and exterior gathering space, food service area, and an innovative sustainability mission.
