Transformative Living on Highland Drive
The Brickcreek project transforms and existing building, originally used as office space, into 55 market rate units. The mix of loft-style apartments includes studio, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments carefully planned to occupy the 3-level, 77,065 SF building. The existing interior space will be completely demolished and replaced with 12 new walk-up units, 13 studio apartments, 14 one bedrooms units, 12 two bedroom units, 14 three bedroom units and two 1,000 rooftop lofts. The building will also undergo a complete face-lift to modernize and upgrade dated windows and other exterior features. Finishes will include a mix of contemporary materials in combination with a muted, warm color palette offset by temperate gray tones.
Tenant amenities will include: fitness room to include lockers, showers and restrooms, club room, theater room, leasing offices and tenant storage space. Site improvements and exterior amenities will include: exterior gathering spaces, fire pit, hot tub, grilling area, new landscaping, new surface parking and access ramps to a second level parking structure to the west of the existing building.
