Kooring Residence

This single family residence dating back to Park City’s mining boom era now sits on a high visibility site just off of Park City’s historic Main Street. ajc designed an extensive historical renovation and remodel for the existing home, with a bedroom addition, and a new detached two-car garage. The additions blends in with the color, materials, and scale of the original residence and with the historic context of the site.
