ajc architects has provided space planning, programming, design, and construction administration services for numerous new bank branches, renovations and remodels of bank branches, and other administrative facilities for Wells Fargo Corporation (as merged with First Security Bank). The design of each bank varies in order to blend with its surroundings, but inviting, convenient, secure, and cost-effective facilities are key features at each location. ajc’s services for Wells Fargo also include continuous maintenance of data in their Occupancy Tracking System which tracks the usage of all square footage in Wells Fargo facilities throughout the western region.
