Weller Book Works
Long time downtown Salt Lake City fixture, Sam Weller’s Bookstore, now known as Weller Book Works, recently relocated from its Main Street address to a revitalized Trolley Square location. Along with the move and name change, Weller’s Book Works has received a new face using a warm, natural color, palette, existing brick walls, and recycled materials which transformed the site formerly used by the city’s street car fleet and, more recently, a movie theater. The bookstore is situated next to a bright, airy atrium, well-suited for public gathering, while the interior space invites visitors into a well-lit, spacious and better organized retail volume consisting of two levels.
