Salt Lake Community College’s new administration complex is a tremendous opportunity to create a state-of-the-art education facility and to provide an innovative workspace for SLCC administration. Enhancing Taylorsville’s unique character with a 21st century presence, the SLCC administrative complex will provide much needed classroom and study space for a college experiencing significant growth. The Instructional and Administration Building has many different stakeholders, including SLCC students, faculty and staff, DFCM, and the surrounding community.

The new Instructional and Administration Building will support students by providing state-of-the-art learning environments and efficient workspace for College executives and staff. Our team has provided full Programming Services and Design, and the building is currently under construction. The building is designed to meet sustainability goals as established by DFCM and SLCC and is pursuing LEED Silver level certification.
